User Agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to the Website located at https://heavenindustries.store/
1.2. The Website is owned by Sole Proprietor Arseniy Aleksandrovich Nesaty.
1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Website Administration and the User.
1.4. The Website Administration offers the User of the Internet to use its services under the terms of this Agreement.
1.5. 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.2.2. Ask questions about the services:

3.3. The User agrees to:

3.3.5. Not distribute confidential or legally protected information via the Website.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE

4.2. This Agreement applies to all related terms and conditions of goods/services available on the Website.
4.3. Website content does not constitute changes to this Agreement.
4.4. The Website Administration may change the product and service list and prices without notice.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. The Website Administration is not liable for losses incurred due to the User’s intentional or negligent breach of the Agreement, or unauthorized access to another User’s communication.
5.2. The Website Administration is not liable for:
5.2.1. Delays or failures caused by force majeure or system failures.
5.2.2. Delays caused by banks or payment systems.
5.2.3. Proper Website functioning if the User lacks the necessary technical equipment.
5.2.4. Damage to the User’s equipment due to hyperlinks on the Website.

6. BREACH OF AGREEMENT
6.1. The Website Administration may disclose User information if required or permitted by law.
6.2. The Website Administration may block access without notice in case of Agreement violation, site closure, or technical issues.
6.3. The Website Administration is not liable for termination of access due to the User’s breach of the Agreement or related terms.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. In case of disputes, a written claim must be submitted before going to court.
7.2. The claim must be reviewed within 30 calendar days.
7.3. If unresolved, either party may go to court under Russian law.

8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
8.1. The Website Administration does not accept counter-proposals to this Agreement.
8.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.3. As services are free of charge, consumer protection laws do not apply.
8.4. This Agreement does not constitute agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture.
8.5. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
8.6. Failure to act by the Website Administration in case of violation does not waive their rights to act later.
