Exchange

A refund is issued only in the case of a manufacturing defect and only after inspection by the manufacturer upon return. In all other cases, refunds and returns are not provided.

You may return or exchange an item of proper quality purchased from our store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Returns of items in proper condition are accepted only if the product retains its original appearance, consumer properties, and is accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
